Solubility test

Take 2 grams of phospholipidyl serine raw materials and dissolve them in 50ml and 100ml of 45℃ warm water respectively, and observe their solubility.

2g/50ml	Solubility	Pour 2 grams of raw materials into 50ml of 45℃ warm water, the powder will not sink easily when floating on the water（picture in left）；After stirring, a clear suspension of particles is formed, and it sinks to the bottom of the cup quickly after stopping.（picture in middle）；After standing for 20 minutes, the solid particles completely sink to the bottom of the cup and the liquid is clear.（picture in right）.

Mixed powder test

The raw material of phosphatidylserine and milk powder were fully mixed into a small sample with an additive amount of 0.3%, and the sensory indicators and solubility of the mixed sample were observed.

2、Solubility test
