Solubility test
Take 2 grams of phospholipidyl serine raw materials and dissolve them in 50ml and 100ml of 45℃ warm water respectively, and observe their solubility.
Solubility | Item | Result |
2g/50ml | Solubility | Pour 2 grams of raw materials into 50ml of 45℃ warm water, the powder will not sink easily when floating on the water(picture in left); After stirring, a clear suspension of particles is formed, and it sinks to the bottom of the cup quickly after stopping.(picture in middle); After standing for 20 minutes, the solid particles completely sink to the bottom of the cup and the liquid is clear.(picture in right). |

Mixed powder test
The raw material of phosphatidylserine and milk powder were fully mixed into a small sample with an additive amount of 0.3%, and the sensory indicators and solubility of the mixed sample were observed.
1、Appearance
Item | Mixed sample(0.3%) |
Appearance | After mixing well, the powder is uniform, without light yellow particles visible to the naked eye; no bad smell. |

2、Solubility test
Take 30 grams of sample into 200ml of warm water at 48℃ and observe its dissolution.

Solubility | Sinking time | Hanging State | Agglomerate | standing for 30min |
9.85s | Fine particles | No Agglomerate | The liquid has no layering, and there is a gray precipitate at the bottom of the bottle | |
Image show | Prepare milk powder with 0.3% ps, there are fine particles on the bottle wall. As picture The same preparation conditions, compared with products without phosphatidylserine (Right picture without PS) standing for 30min |
