Red radish powder is a natural color obtained from red-heart radish by extraction and refining. Its main components are anthocyanins in pelargononidin.

Red radish powder is easily soluble in water in red to violet red color, it has strong acid, light and heat resistance. The color changes from red to fushcia with ph value, It is red under pH value 1-6, and turns blue and not stable with pH over 7.

Red radish powder is soluble in water and ethanol solution, doesn’t dissolve in oil, the powder doesn’t absorb moisture and cake. We remove the characteristic smell of radish, so that it could be used more conveniently.
